Thanks to your continued support and the resulting growth of Pura Vida Bracelets, we’ve been able to expand to new countries outside of Costa Rica to continue to provide opportunities for artisans around the world!

For our final week of artisan spotlight features, we’re so excited to introduce you to a few of our amazing and talented artisans in El Salvador. Read on to learn more about their life and experience working with Pura Vida Bracelets!

 

Meet Grecia!

Name: Grecia Paulette Guevara Rogel.

How long have you been making Pura Vida product: 4 years.

Favorite bracelet style: Bead & Braid.

Favorite outside activity: I like to play video games.

Favorite food: Stuffed Eggplant

Favorite Memory: The day my two kids were born.

How working with Pura Vida Bracelets has impacted your life: My life has change a lot during this four years, I can now afford many things that I couldn’t before.

 

Meet Jose!

Name: Jose Luis Cartagena Brizuela.

How long have you been making Pura Vida product: 7 years.

Favorite bracelet style: Seed Bead.

Favorite outside activity: I like to play soccer.

Favorite food: BBQ grills.

Favorite Memory: The day I received a bicycle as a gift.

How working with Pura Vida Bracelets has impacted your life: My life was changed completely, I’m able to help my family with the money I make.

 

Meet Karina!

Name: Karina Marisol Mejia de Bardales.

How long have you been making Pura Vida product: 5 years.

Favorite bracelet style: Flat Braided.

Favorite outside activity: I like to spend time with my daughter.

Favorite food: Pasta.

Favorite Memory: The day my daughter was born.

How working with Pura Vida Bracelets has impacted your life: I have grown a lot during the last 5 years, my income is so much better.

 

Meet Ruben!

Name: Ruben Antonio Claros Valencia.

How long have you been making Pura Vida product: 6 years.

Favorite bracelet style: Bitty.

Favorite outside activity: I like to cook.

Favorite food: I love cheese.

Favorite Memory: The day I bought my dog

How working with Pura Vida Bracelets has impacted your life: My life is so much better now, I never thought I would have a job as good as this one.
