Fairy Popcorn

Going to a festival this year?! We have created a fun and beautiful snack to take with you! Introducing Fairy Popcorn! This fluffy, sparkly popcorn is the perfect snack to enjoy while you are dancing around with friends. Lets get started!

What You’ll Need:
1) 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
2) 1/2 cup melted white chocolate chips
3) 2 drops pink food coloring
4) One bag popped popcorn
5) As much pink cotton candy as you would like!

Step 1: Melt white chocolate chips in microwave (we heated ours for 45 seconds but everyone’s microwave is different)

Step 2: Mix in pink food coloring

Healthy Banana Cinnamon Pancakes

All hail the healthy version of pancakes! Okay, so sometimes you cant’ give up some foods– like sweet fluffy pancakes. SO we have a solution that won’t make you feel icky afterwards. These pancakes are totally made of bananas and eggs. Follow along to get all the deets!

What you will need:

  1. Two bananas
  2. Two eggs
  3. Strawberries
  4. Cinnamon

Start by mashing both bananas up as best you can.

In a separate bowl, whisk two eggs together.

Once whisked, add to the bananas.

Mix both ingredients!

Add in about a tablespoon and a half of cinnamon.

Mix well then pour into skillet. We added a few strawberries to ours! YUM!

This made 4-5 pancakes. Enough for you and a friend! If you want it to make a bigger quantity, just double the recipe.

Add honey or 100% maple syrup to top it all off, along with fresh banana + strawberry slices.

Spring Vanilla Bark

Ready for spring? We sure are! That is why we have created a delicious spring themed treat. This Vanilla Bark is sure to be a hit at any get-together! Let’s get started.

What You’ll Need:
1) 1/2 package vanilla candy coating
2) 1/2 cup Spring M&Ms
3) 4-6 Oreos (crushed)
4) Spring sprinkles

Step 1: Melt candy coating in a small pot on low heat (or you can microwave using directions on the package)

Raspberry Grapefruit Mocktail

We are welcoming spring with one of our favorite fruity mocktails! Our Raspberry Grapefruit Mocktail is not only delicious, it is absolutely beautiful! Call some friends over and start celebrating the warmer weather! Cheers!

1)  4 cups raspberry lemonade
2)  6 cups grapefruit juice
3) 2 cups 7UP

Energy boosting breakfast smoothie

Mornings can be hectic and fast paced. It’s tempting to skip out on breakfast in order to get your day started quickly. However, we all have been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why not make it simple, healthy and delicious? This morning smoothie comes with many benefits for our body for an energy boosting start to your day! Here is what you will need:

  1. Half an orange
  2. 1 Cup or handful of spinach
  3. 1 Banana
  4. 3rd Cup of almond milk
  5. 1 Cup of frozen pineapple

Start by adding your liquids first. Pour your almond milk into the blender.

Next you will add chunks of frozen pineapple.

Go ahead and toss in the banana and the cup of spinach!

Take your orange and begin to squeeze in the fresh orange juice. Fresh orange juice helps boost your metabolism and helps flush out toxins in your body.

Our Shamrock Shake

March is right around the corner and we are getting into the St. Paddy’s Day spirit with a variation of one of our favorite green traditions. The Shamrock Shake! Share this shake (the recipe makes two servings) with a friend and spread the love! Let’s get started!

What You’ll Need:
1) 2 cups vanilla bean ice cream
2) 1 cup milk
3) 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (We used 2 drops of peppermint essential oil)
4) Green food coloring

St. Patty’s Day Peppermint Treat

Mmm salty sweet goodness. Need a quick snack to bring over to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with your friends? Here, we have just the treat! This is one of our all time favs and is sure to bring in the party spirit.

What you will need:

1.) White chocolate morsels

2.) Pretzels

3.) Peanut M&M’s (can be substituted with regular)

4.) Popcorn

5.) Chex cereal

6.) Some green sprinkles, green food dye and peppermint extract

Start by putting the full bag of white chocolate chips in a pan over medium heat. Add some oil to keep it from sticking to the bottom and to keep it smooth. Begin to add in the green food dye. Then, add the peppermint extract. Use this very carefully. (It is very strong) We added only about 2 drops.

Continue to stir until totally smooth. Then start to add your ingredients one by one.

Mix all of this until everything seems to be married well. Next, we will pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and evenly spread out. Here is where you can add your sprinkles on top. Once you have spread out evenly, place in the freezer for 10-15 min.

Game Day White Queso

Need a last minute snack for tomorrow’s big Super Bowl party?! We have just the thing. Homemade White Queso! This snack takes 20 minutes to make, and it is sure to be a crowd pleaser! Let’s get started.

What You’ll Need:
1. 1/2 lb pepperjack cheese
2. 1/2 lb white cheddar cheese
3.8 oz cream cheese
4. 1/2 lb cup sour cream
5. 1 can original Rotel tomatoes & green chilies (we drained the can first)
6. 1 tsp garlic powder
7. 1 tsp chili powder

Valentine’s Milkshake for 2

What better way to share a sweet treat than with your sweet heart? We made the most delicious homemade strawberry milkshake that you both with love! It will be the perfect dessert to finish off any date night.

What you will need:

-Strawberries

-1/2 cup of whole milk

-Strawberry ice cream

-Vanilla extract and white sugar

-blender

Begin by preparing about a cup to a cup and a half of fresh strawberries. You will need to slice them and add a dash of white sugar and a dash of vanilla extract. Stick in the freezer and let sit for an hour.

Once your strawberries are frozen, take them out and throw them in the blender. Add half a cup of milk. Blend until all chunks are gone.

Add about 4-5 scoops of strawberry ice cream. Blend until smooth. Feel free to add as little or as much ice cream to reach your desired thickness.

Oreo Cheesecake Cookies

In need of a sweet February treat!? We have you covered. Try our five ingredient Oreo Cheesecake Cookies. We have added a little pink to the dough to make these cookies even more lovable! Let’s get started.

What You’ll Need:
1) 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2) 8 tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
3) 3/4 cup sugar
4) 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
5) 10 Oreo cookies, broken into pieces
6) Pink food coloring (only if you want pink cookies)

Garlic Lime Shrimp Wraps

If you’re anything like us, we love fresh eats! So, here’s a recipe that’s sure to satisfy any craving. These lettuce wraps are healthy, simple, fast & perfect for on the go, too!

Here’s what you’ll need:

-Lettuce

-Shrimp

-Avocado

-Pico de gallo

-Garlic + lime

Start by adding your shrimp to a pan on medium heat. Add a tablespoon of mixed garlic and a few pinches of salt and pepper. Let that cook for 5-10 minutes. Set aside when ready.

Begin to spread your avocado all over your lettuce wrap. Sprinkle lime, salt and pepper all over.

Top the avocado with your cooked shrimp.
