A breakfast that tastes like you’re on vacation?! YES PLEASE! We spent our Sunday morning creating a new breakfast favorite, Coconut Pancakes. Not only do these pancakes taste incredible, they look so adorable you wont want to eat them.
What You’ll Need:
1) 1¼ cup all-purpose flour
2) 2 tablespoons sugar
3) 1 teaspoon baking powder
4) ½ teaspoon baking soda
5) ¼ teaspoon salt
6) ¼ cup shredded, sweetened coconut
7) 1 egg
8) ½ cup buttermilk
9) ¾ cup coconut milk
10) 1 tablespoon melted butter
Step 1: Mix all dry ingredients together
Step 2: Mix all wet ingredients togetherStep 3: Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
Step 4: Drop rounds of batter onto hot skillet and cook both sides of pancakeStep 5: Enjoy!
