Energy boosting breakfast smoothie

Mornings can be hectic and fast paced. It’s tempting to skip out on breakfast in order to get your day started quickly. However, we all have been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why not make it simple, healthy and delicious? This morning smoothie comes with many benefits for our body for an energy boosting start to your day! Here is what you will need:

  1. Half an orange
  2. 1 Cup or handful of spinach
  3. 1 Banana
  4. 3rd Cup of almond milk
  5. 1 Cup of frozen pineapple

Start by adding your liquids first. Pour your almond milk into the blender.

Next you will add chunks of frozen pineapple.

Go ahead and toss in the banana and the cup of spinach!

Take your orange and begin to squeeze in the fresh orange juice. Fresh orange juice helps boost your metabolism and helps flush out toxins in your body.

Blend until smooth. Then serve!
