Happy holidays from the Pura Vida team. To celebrate the season we have made these free downloadable holiday cards to send warm wishes to your family and friends.

These cards are made to send electronically, via text, email, or through social media. Enjoy!

If you’re on a desktop computer, click and drag the photo off onto your desktop. If you’re on your phone, click and hold the photo and then save to your camera roll.

    Hi. My name is Tiffany. I ordered a 10pack of bracelets, 6 wave rings and two specialty bracelets ( two other bracelets were sold out and the money returned to me) on your Black Friday sale. I only received 4 rings, and two specialty bracelets. The money has not been refunded for any missing items and the missing items ARE on the invoice but have not arrived. I have called customer twice leaving a message each time with no response from your your team in two weeks. I’m about to start posting this all over Facebook to keep people from being ripped off. At customer service Voice, I was given a website of which will not open. Is there no way to contact the company with issues besides this blog?

        I ordered 6 bracelets, only 5 of them were delivered and no money was sent back to me!! I think it’s because it was sold out but shouldn’t you send it to the people who ordered it first? Maybe. I’ve called probably 10 times between when I received my order (which took forever) and now.

    I have had 2 brackets brake in 1 week. I have emailed and called. I will start reporting you and sewing If I don’t get my money back!!!!

    I have sent 4 emails I was sent a baby blue instead oh the Granite color I ordered. . It’s supposed to be a Christmas gift. What do I do now.???

    I have 7 bracelets and one monthly member set so far. Absolutely love them. Never a problem. I wear them 24/7. I can’t even tell I have them on, that’s how comfortable they are. Can’t wait to order more!!!!!!

    Hi my name is Elizabeth Buzby and I️ordered some bracletes and a ring during the Black Friday sale, and I️ got an email Dec 8th saying it was sent, yet not a single item has been delivered. Nothing. I’ve already emailed the company and tried to track it through the websites you guys gave me and I️ still have no clue where it is, when it will come, or what’s going on. It’s been almost a month and it’s getting annoying since most of my order was Christmas presents for people. Is there anyway to find out when my package will be delivered, or any other way for me to contact your team?

    I ordered a wave ring and you gave me the wrong size. I thought it was fine but a few days later I looked at my hand it it was gone. It must of fell of somewhere and I haven’t found it. I’ve emailed weeks ago to see if there was a possiblily to get a new one since you gave me the wrong size but I haven’t got an email back.

    I love these bracelets!! I’ve never had any problems with my orders. They are my “go to gifts” for family and friends. I love the charity bracelets as well as the speciality ones. I wear them all the time. (I should really become a club member)

    Placed my order for Pura Vida bracelets originally with Amazon. As the delivery date came & went, I checked status with Amazon. To my wonder I rec’d ORDER CANCELLED message. After getting nowhere with Amazon, I went to the Pura Vida website, and was able to place my order without a hitch. As a matter of fact, I was able to get my grandaughter twice as many bracelets for a lot less money.
    P.S. even tho my order wasn’t delivered in time for Christmas, (thanx to the Amazon mess), she will be pleasantly surprised and say the wait was worth it!!!
