Here’s what you’ll need:
-Pico de gallo
-Garlic + lime
Start by adding your shrimp to a pan on medium heat. Add a tablespoon of mixed garlic and a few pinches of salt and pepper. Let that cook for 5-10 minutes. Set aside when ready.
Begin to spread your avocado all over your lettuce wrap. Sprinkle lime, salt and pepper all over.
Top the avocado with your cooked shrimp.
Follow up with fresh pico de gallo. YUM!
