Grapefruit Rosemary Mocktail

With spring coming in strong, we are hosting so many get togethers! Nothing goes with warm weather better than family and friends. Today, we have created a refreshing drink that all can enjoy! It is tasty, and is sure to be a sweet treat to welcome in the new season with. Follow along to see how we made it!

Ingredients:

  1. Grapefruits
  2. Rosemary
  3. Sugar
  4. Club soda
  5. Water

Start by putting a half cup of water along with a half cup of sugar in a saucepan. Add 3 stems of rosemary to the mixture. Put on the stove on medium heat. Allow the sugar to dissolve.

Per glass: 1/2 cup of fresh grapefruit juice. 2 tablespoons of the sugar water mixture.

Fill the remainder of the glass with Club Soda.

Garnish with rosemary and grapefruit slices!

Serve chilled over ice!
