Ingredients:
Papaya
Pineapple
Banana
Toppings (optional):
Greek Yogurt
Granola
Chia Seeds
Nuts
Hemp Hearts
Coconut
Directions:
1) Scrape out the seeds from the papaya. Did you know you can use ground up papaya seeds as a replacement for pepper?
2) Scoop out the papaya “meat” into a bowl leaving a nice hollow bowl to hold your fruit salad.
3) Dice up the papaya, pineapple and banana then mix in a separate bowl. Spoon back into the papaya bowl you made and top with your favorite yogurt, chopped nuts or shaved coconut.
