Good Morning PV Fans! We are always looking for yummy new ways to enjoy the healthy things in life, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Today, we wanted to share with you a new GREEN SHAKE recipe. What’s inside?? You guessed it! ALL THINGS GREEN. Enjoy this super yummy shake recipe.
Ingredients
2 cups Kale
2 cups Spinach
1 grip of wheatgrass
1 Green Apple
1 Kiwi (peeled)
1/2 Cucumber (peeled)
1 Avocado
1/4 Large Lemon (peeled)
1 Banana
20 oz. Water
2 Cups Ice
Directions
1) Gather all ingredients listed above, Place on counter.
2) Prepare and peel your fruits and veggies. Kiwi, Cucmber, Lemon and Avocado need to be cut and peeled to prepared for blending.
3) Stick all the ingredients in the blender…and BLEND!
4) Pour into a glass, and ENJOY.
