Lemon Detox Water

Spring has sprung, and we are looking for ways to prepare for summer. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is super important, and something most of us neglect to do is drink enough water throughout the day! This simple lemon detox water will help your daily water intake more interesting and fun, and hopefully increase. Yum!

Ingredients:
-1 Organic Lemon
-1 Small Package Raspberries
-1-2 drops Lemon Essential Oils (optional)
-Spring or filtered water
-A nice water bottle

Directions:

Add all ingredients into your water bottle cover with lid and allow to chill overnight in the refrigerator, drink throughout the day. It is optional to remove lemon rinds in the morning to reduce bitterness of the water.
