With this refreshing snack, you’ll feel like you’re on a tropical island vacay! It’s sure to keep your tummy happy and healthy. You don’t always have to set aside your health to get a nice sweet treat. This pineapple bowl is exactly what we needed to curve our sweet tooth craving without loading up on bad foods. Follow along to see how we made it!
- Plain greek yogurt
Begin by cutting the pineapple in half and gutting one side to use it as the bowl.
Next, fill it with the plain greek yogurt. We went with plain yogurt because there’s less sugar and since we are using a nice juicy pineapple, the natural sugars from the fruit will make add all the yummy sweetness we need!
Next come the toppings!
We used bananas, kiwi and granola.
Last but not least, drizzle the top with honey!
