Mmm salty sweet goodness. Need a quick snack to bring over to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with your friends? Here, we have just the treat! This is one of our all time favs and is sure to bring in the party spirit.

What you will need:

1.) White chocolate morsels

2.) Pretzels

3.) Peanut M&M’s (can be substituted with regular)

4.) Popcorn

5.) Chex cereal

6.) Some green sprinkles, green food dye and peppermint extract

Start by putting the full bag of white chocolate chips in a pan over medium heat. Add some oil to keep it from sticking to the bottom and to keep it smooth. Begin to add in the green food dye. Then, add the peppermint extract. Use this very carefully. (It is very strong) We added only about 2 drops.

Continue to stir until totally smooth. Then start to add your ingredients one by one.

Mix all of this until everything seems to be married well. Next, we will pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and evenly spread out. Here is where you can add your sprinkles on top. Once you have spread out evenly, place in the freezer for 10-15 min.

Happy Birthday to Me: 5 Thoughts on your Big Day

April 16, 2015 — by Griffin Thall

Birthdays are the best days. We’ve lived another 365 days of sunshine, rain and well, a few thunderstorms here and there. As you celebrate each year that passes, take some time to reflect on your past, present and future — kind of like an annual check-up. Then you can get back to party planning, outfit shopping and cake tasting. Promise! Here are 5 thoughts to think about on your big day:

  1. What am I thankful for?
  2. If I died tomorrow, would I have any regrets?
  3. What is my dream job?
  4. Do I show enough gratitude, love and kindness to the people in my life?
  5. Am I the person I want to be?

What’s your fave way to celebrate your birthday? Comment below!

Kicking off the new year in China and ending with a Santa Run in Wales. There’s a few that are a bit odd and others that I’m adding to my bucket list right now.
