Ingredients:
Makes 2 servings
1 cup Frozen Strawberries
1 cup Frozen Mango
1 Large Frozen Banana
1 cup Water / Coconut Milk / Almond Milk < Choose whatever liquid you want!

Directions:
1) Blend 1 frozen banana, 1 cup of frozen mango and 3/4 cup of liquid in a blender. This is the first layer of your smoothie, so it needs to be thick in order for the layers to build properly. Add more frozen mango if you need to thicken the mixture. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into 2 glasses.
