We could all use a little more beach in our lives. Add some sandy sunshine to your hydration routine with our DIY Take Me to the Beach Mason Jar. Don’t worry, the sand stays on the outside.

Supplies:

Mason Jar
Mod Podge
Tape
Paint Brush
Sand

Directions:

1) Make sure your mason jar is clean and dry. Wrap a piece of tape around the bottom 3rd of the jar to create a clean straight line for the sand to stick to.

2) Brush on some Mod Podge and roll your jar around in some sand. You can either buy sand from your local craft store or if you’re lucky enough to live near a beach, take some home on your next visit. Carefully remove the tape when the sand is still wet.

3) Leave to dry overnight. Brush on a final layer of Mod Podge and let dry completely overnight. Fill with your favorite smoothie, juice, fruit water or drink and take the beach with you wherever you go!
