All hail the healthy version of pancakes! Okay, so sometimes you cant’ give up some foods– like sweet fluffy pancakes. SO we have a solution that won’t make you feel icky afterwards. These pancakes are totally made of bananas and eggs. Follow along to get all the deets!
What you will need:
- Two bananas
- Two eggs
Start by mashing both bananas up as best you can.
In a separate bowl, whisk two eggs together.
Once whisked, add to the bananas.
Mix both ingredients!
Add in about a tablespoon and a half of cinnamon.
Mix well then pour into skillet. We added a few strawberries to ours! YUM!
This made 4-5 pancakes. Enough for you and a friend! If you want it to make a bigger quantity, just double the recipe.
Add honey or 100% maple syrup to top it all off, along with fresh banana + strawberry slices.
